1. Cancellation and Refunds

a. Visitors can request a refund under the following circumstances:

i. Cancellation of pre-booked tickets before the visit date.

ii. Technical issues preventing access to rides or attractions.

iii. Unforeseen park closures.

b. All refund requests must be made via email to [contact email] within 30 days of the visit date.

2. Refund Processing

a. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.

b. For pre-booked tickets, the amount will be refunded to the same account used for the purchase.

c. In the case of technical issues or park closures, the refund will be initiated automatically.

3. No-show Policy

a. No-shows or failure to visit the park on the booked date will not be eligible for refunds.
